The Catholic Family at St Joseph’s spreads through the generations and nationalities and is warm and welcoming; having said that, do make yourself known!

Very importantly we are in Wales which has its own culture and language.

Christianity was brought here by sea long ago by the the missionaries,

the Celtic Saints, whose names are everywhere! St David is the patron saint of Wales.

St Joseph’s is a Catholic Voluntary Aided Primary School maintained by the Diocese of Wrexham.

It is a Catholic school with a happy, caring family atmosphere, where each individual’s all round development can be monitored and assisted by a hard working staff, full of ideas in keeping with the demands of today's Education system.

I have great pleasure in welcoming you to the website of the Diocese of Wrexham.

We tell the story of the Good News of Jesus Christ, who is the icon of God’s love for all humanity.  Let us rejoice that amongst the confused messages of the internet, we proclaim the clear pure message of Jesus’ love in the life of the Catholic Church.

+ Peter Brignall    Bishop of Wrexham
